Bill to Repeal ASC Assessment Scheduled for Hearing in Assembly Health Committee

WISCA's legislation to repeal the ASC Assessment is scheduled for a hearing in the Assembly Health Committee hearing next Wednesday, February 8.
Assembly Bill 408 is the Assembly version of the same bill that unanimously passed the Senate Public Health Committee earlier (Senate Bill 297). WISCA will testify in support of the bill at the hearing.
