Workshop 1
Applying Coaching Skills for More Effective Conversations
Thursday, September 4
12pm - 4pm
Oshkosh Convention Center
There are four coaching skills that, when applied to most conversations leaders have, will make the discussion and outcomes better. This workshop provides an overview and practice of those coaching skills and helps participants better understand the difference between coaching, mentoring, training, and giving feedback.
Webinar 1
Leadership Presence and Principles

10:00 – 11:30am
How leaders show up makes or breaks their effectiveness and brand. In this virtual workshop, we will discuss key concepts that impact presence and how to better align actions with intentions.
Webinar 2
Systems-Thinking Concepts for Surgery Center Leadership
January (date TBD)
10:00 – 11:30am
Thinking outside of one’s own area or function can be a challenge, especially during busy and chaotic times. This virtual workshop will help participants identify opportunities they have to be better systems thinkers and realize the benefits of doing so.
Workshop 2
Leading Self and Others Through Change and Transition
March (date and location TBD)
12pm - 4pm
Change is the external event that happens. Transition is the psychological process we need to go through to embrace and accept the change. This workshop will cover the difference between the two and help leaders understand where people are in their transition journey and what support and assistance they can offer to them.
