Mentoring is not a given talent it is a learned skill. We, as leaders, need to search for our next leaders, and when we find them, we need to inspire, teach, listen and learn from them. How do we do that? Join Sandy Berreth, RN, BS, MS, CASC, Administrator/Service Line Director, Foothill Surgery Center at Sansum Clinic at her breakout session to learn how. The WISCA 2019 Annual Forum is February 21-22, 2019 at The American Club in Kohler, WI.

More About Sandy

Ms. Berreth has been a RN for over 40 years; working in multiple areas in the healthcare arena. Ms. Berreth is currently working for Sansum Clinic in Santa Barbara, CA. She has been in ASC administration for 19 years. Sandy has a Master’s degree in business organization and management; and currently holds a CASC certification. She believes the primary goals of any ASC administrator is the commitment to delivering high quality surgical services to ensure a superior patient experience and clinical outcomes, as well as developing a sound business plan and futuristic goals to achieve financial success for its partners. One of her greatest achievements and pleasures is her career as an AAAHC surveyor. Surveying has given her the opportunity for a better understanding of federal regulations, and it has also sharpened her awareness of the accreditation processes and ASC policies and procedures.
